So it’s aaaalmost the end of Passover, and you’re getting bored. Here’s something special to get you through those very last days, add a little spice to the holiday, as it were. :) Horseradish cream sauce goes well on … well, pretty much anything you’d like to enjoy it on. It goes really nicely over steamed or sauteed veggies, or make an easy complete meal by serving those veggies over quinoa.
Horseradish Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 inches fresh horseradish, peeled
- 1 small potato, par-cooked ( soften by microwaving, roasting, or boiling )
- 1/2 C cashews
- 1 C water
- 1 t salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend until silky smooth.
